§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and a customer
in the version valid at the time of the order.
A customer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are
predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

(3) The presentation of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part,
but is merely a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods,
the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online store, the following applies: The customer submits a binding
offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online
store.
The ordering process consists of the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the “Add to Cart” button
3) Reviewing the details in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button

input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the web browser.
We will immediately confirm receipt of the order via an automatically generated email (“Order
Confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online store: We will send you the order
details and our Terms and Conditions via email. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any
time at https://www.reality-publishing.com/agb/.
For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the Internet.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices listed include the statutory sales tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are
added to this.

PayPal, credit card, or SEPA direct debit from the customer’s account
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for
immediate shipment.
Delivery typically takes place within 5 business days. Customers will be notified by the delivery
service SendAgents via email.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item
sold is transferred to the buyer only upon delivery of the item, even in the case of sale by mail order.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
